We met with Serge and explained to him what we were looking to do. First and foremost, he presented himself as a professional and showed dedication to his profession. Serge listened and communicated well with us. Discussions regarding total bathroom renovations, floors and indoor painting were started. We shared our ideas and wanted his input. He agreed with our ideas and added some of his thoughts which were well received. Of course, as we went through the process, we added other items to our list and he accommodated our wishes. It was clear to us that Serge was the contractor to remodel our home. It was clear to us that Serge was the contractor to remodel our home. We trusted him and knew he had our best interest at heart. Serge required his workers to be high achievers and motivated them to be the best. The remodel was lengthy and we were so pleased with the workers and his oversight of our project. It was clear that he wanted the best that we wanted. He made us feel very special!

Serge Gavinet is a fraud. He said he was a family man and would never rip anyone off. well, he sure did and caused many issues that should have been avoided. This was his way of getting more money out of my family. run donâ t walk

They did a nice job on the bathroom but I was supposed to have a frameless shower door and they put in a framed one that leaks. Haven't heard back from them about it. They used my original vanity top, which I wanted, but they did not put in the new stopper. The old one is corroded and should have had the new one put in to the sink. The vanity looks nice but is poor quality when I looked closely at it. They left paint and grout all on some my rugs. I should have received some type of a discount but didn't.
