Description of Work: Unfortunately the toilet overflowed in the bathroom, we tried to clear but were not very successful. I called budget he was there waiting a coupe of hours, after he fixed that problem I asked him for estimate to repair leaky faucets in the other bathroom. When he was doing that job he noticed the underground pipes that feed water into building were also leaking, this building is very old and they have never been touched and these pipes are under cement slab. He could have charged me a lot more money but he figured it would be cheaper and faster to reroute or repipe it above ground, the job was done within three days and all is fine now only charged me 1400.00 which I think is a very good price. It wasn't a easy job he was working at it for 3 days.
