I was greeted as I stepped out of my car and the Service Technician knew what I needed (the transmission service) and listened to my concerns about my brakes and being sure my car was road ready for a long trip I have planned. I was given an estimated 4 hours for the work.
While they have a shuttle service that would take me home, or any where I wanted to go, I opted to wait for my car in their Customer Lounge. The Lounge has a television, soda machine, comfortable chairs and a table and chairs set, and free WIFI. It needs a snack machine, or a popcorn machine like I've seen in other waiting rooms.
My only complaint is that the 4 hour estimate turned into 6 hours, without any updates from anyone as to why there was the delays. I had to make inquiries repeatedly since they did not see fit to keep me informed on their progress.
I know I could have gotten the brakes done for $60 less somewhere else but I like having work done on my Ford Escape by a dealer...most parts needed are on hand, records of all work done are in one place, and the service department should know the vehicles better than any other repair shops (or so you would expect).

I first chose their services because my father has used them before and they did a great job. The body work was has been wonderful and you can't even tell the repairs were made. They were punctual with the service and were very accommodating. They immediately took my car and drove me over to the rental car place. They made everything very painless between having the repairs made to the insurance claims. The color match on the car was perfect and they did a great job.

We originally bought our car from them in April of 2011. They were absolutely the best. They were polite and very thorough. I've had 6 service calls with them since we bought the car. The service department is unbelievable. They greet you at the door and go over with you what's needed. If the work takes longer than what's needed, they offer to take you home and bring you back.

The vehicle was involved in an accident and was towed to the collision center for evaluation of damages.  Within 1 hour we received the information regarding the vehicle.  It was totaled.  This was one of many encounters with this Company and every time they have been professional and extremely helpful.
