We Fix Pix

I requested restoration of an old photograph that had a few missing parts, due to poor storage, and she said it would take about a week to complete. That time frame was fine with me, but a week later I received a phone message asking me "WHY I had not picked up the photo yet?" I told her I would be there the following weekend, as her working hours were the same as mine, and it would have to wait until Saturday. When I went to pick up the photo, she had done a TERRIBLE job. She had blown it up, which I knew she was going to do, but more flaws were obvious when she did so. However, I ONLY wanted to to correct the missing pieces. She had erased parts of my father's face and ear, to correct a flaw that she saw, but it TOTALLY distorted his face ! Upon fixing a missing piece of his pants, she filled it in so much, that it looked like he had on a SKIRT! Plus, she went on and on about "misquoting" the cost, as it took her a lot longer than she had thought. She wanted to charge me $75.00, instead of the original quote of $45.00, and in my opinion, it was worthless. I am NOT going to use this photo, but will use the original photo instead. It was a waste of $51.00, time and frustration. I will NEVER use her again, and will tell all my friends to not use her either.
