STATE FARM INSURANCE

I was contacted by State Farm central office with a name of a coordinator on Jan 13th, on Feb 3rd I had not heard from him. I had to copy emails to the local office to have them pass the word along. The local office contacted him, and one of his staff called on Sat 3rd Feb. Long story short, it's all my fault, "Poor maintenance" "You're not covered." was said so many times. No advice, suggesting that the two roofing companies were maybe not good enough. I'm sure I sounded frustrated but the person I was talking to should at least have some customer service training as not to escalate the conversation with 'blaming' vocabulary. I have had to take a lot of time off; there is no end to this in sight. Technically, SF is right about the coverage, but with the loyalty and money I've paid them over the years, I did expect more support information and assistance. The Adjuster got it wrong and the roof still leaks and State Farm just cut me loose. The final comment from the central office rep was "Well, I could contact the Adjuster again to see if he will look again, but this may mean your deductible will go up." The classic offer of help linked to a punishing remark. Thanks, State Farm, for nothing!
