My husband sent an e-mail and received a return e-mail saying we had to use the LocalNet e-mail account to e-mail them. We do not want to activate this account. Still waiting for resolution.
Description of Work: My husband phoned this company and asked how much internet service would cost. It was a reasonable $12.95 per month with a set up fee of approximately the same amount. He signed up. He was then transferred to the Technical Support department. The person here asked us what kind of modem we had. It became quickly apparent that we did not have the equipment necessary to support this service. My husband phoned the company to cancel the service and the charge to our credit card. The person who answered the phone was in the New Accounts dept and told him to call technical support. We tried and tried but were always placed on hold for an indeterminate length of time. He called back and New Accounts hung up on him. Ultimately we reached Tech Support and were told we would be charged the $25 as though we had received the service for a month. Tech Support gave my husband an e-mail account to use to cancel the service.
