We have thirteen-year-old white carpet, and while we take good care of it, there were quite a few spots that have been there for years, even in spite of regular cleaning. This time we tried Valley Carpet Cleaning, and were exceptionally pleased with the results. While it would be too much to say it looks like new, Raul was able to remove most of the spots, and the high-traffic areas are far cleaner than they've been in a long time. There was a mix up in appointment days, but it was resolved quickly and courteously. Raul was friendly, professional, and took great care during the cleaning process. We will definitely use these guys for regular cleanings and any mishaps that might occur between.

VCC did a great job on our carpets and had a thorough process: vacuum, pre-treat, scrub the carpets the do the extraction. They took great care and put down mats to cover the pergo and corner protectors near the hoses. Van and equipment was up to date and seemed well maintained Carpets looked and smelled better than we expected. Also, it was nice to deal with professionals that show up on time and do the job for the price quoted - no cross-sell/up sell or surprises. Highly recommended!

Excellent! They called me back right away to set up an appt time and showed up when they said they would. Luis was amazing and spent extra time cleaning my sofa as my dog had just died and he had several accidents on it. It looks like new! My Crewel rug had to be taken offsite to be dry cleaned and they had it back in a week and Luis helped me lay out the new rug pad and position it perfectly!

Called on Monday and James was able to schedule me for the next day. He and I decided that whole hallway should be done instead of just stains. He said hallway would be the same price as spot cleaning. Luis and Anthony came within the time frame given and were in and out in 30 min. They used a water system from a portable machine (I'm in a high-rise so they couldn't use truck based machine.) They were friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and were efficient. Cost was as quoted.

very nice people BUT the dirt/stains that i asked them to remove downstairs are already reappearing today now that the carpet is dry which is pretty disappointing as it hasnt even been 2 days since I had them carefully cleaned (and i did show the man who came EXACTLY where on my white rug i had dirt stains and where it needed extra attention. We both agreed it was not pet stains-which are hard to get out-but probably just dirt/traffic. ) As i now have guests, I had hoped for a clean carpet for their visit-that is why I paid over 200$ to do them. :(

Incredibly well. A living room chair covered in a white fabric had become stained, possibly by sunlight. Mr. James Cubias, the owner, happened to be free and personally cleaned the chair to a sparkling white color. The stain was totally removed. It was an almost miraculous result that we had not thought possible. Mr. Cubias' professionalism and responsiveness could not have been higher, and my wife and I can't praise him and his company enough.

Honest, responsible, personable, knowledgeable and hard-working. My rugs were the worst and what a difference! Just a reminder that it's best to open windows before the cleaning, cause you don't want to walk on wet carpets in order to open windows (which facilitates the drying process). Super nice guys - father and son, in fact. Good work!

Very nice technician. However, he said it would be 90.00 extra to clean it properly. It did not look that much cleaner, only a small portion did look cleaner near the kitchen table.
