Progressive Insulation & Windows was founded in Chatsworth in 1978 and has grown into one of Southern California's leading replacement window and insulation companies. We stand above many of our competitors because of our commitment to provide excellence in the installation of our products. Though we now have more than 70 trained installers and sales reps, we still do business in the same customer-centered tradition that propelled us to success in our early days. We are still a family-owned and operated business that truly cares about the customer experience before, during, and after installation of any of our products.

The job performed was fine and we have no complaints. They showed up on time and did the work pretty quickly. They provided a pretty fair price for 2200 square feet.

When it was time to schedule delivery, their scheduling department was very efficient in scheduling and being on time. After the fact, we have asked for them to do a follow up install on a door and window to keep contractor on schedule. Will report on that later.

Progressive was first-class all the way and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent advice by salesman Robert, prompt measurement appointment, product delivered ahead of schedule. Installation was wonderful, beautiful job, neat, on time, and done by professionals. Ismael, Joe, and Dino did a terrific job. Would definitely recommend Progressive for windows. Quality of the windows is excellent, and I really feel that I got what I paid for with Progressive in terms of quality and service.

SALESPERSON WHO CAME TO PROVIDE IN-HOME ESTIMATE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROVIDED GOOD FEEDBACK ON CURRENT INSULATION AND WINDOW REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS. INSTALLERS CAME AND PERFORMED INSTALLATION ON DATE SCHEDULED AND FINISHED WITHIN ONE WORKING DAY.

FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESMAN. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A ONE-DAY TIME PERIOD. THEY CLEANED UP ANY MESS THAT WAS MADE &, EXCEPT FOR HAVING NEW WINDOWS, YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THEY HAD BEEN THERE.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. THEY SENT A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESPERSON TO OUR HOUSE. HE SHOWED US OUR OPTIONS & GAVE US A VERY FAIR PRICE. ONCE THE WINDOWS WERE ORDERED, THE INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED. WE HAD NEW WINDOWS IN 3 WEEKS! THE INSTALLATION TOOK ABOUT 6 HOURS & WHEN THE WORKMEN LEFT, OUR HOUSE LOOKED GREAT. THE INSTALLERS VACUUMED UP ALL THEIR MESS & HAD WIPED THE FINGERPRINTS OFF OF THE NEW WINDOWS! THE WINDOWS HAVE MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE TEMPERATURE IN OUR HOUSE.

WHEN I GOT THEM IN, THE FIRST WINDOW THEY DID A GOOD JOB, SO THAT'S HOW THEY DID THE SECOND WINDOW. THEIR PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD. THEY QUOTED THE RIGHT PRICE AND IT WAS REALLY ON TIME.

GREAT PRICE FOR PRODUCT OFFERED. I CHECKED OTHER PLACES AND BY FAR PROGRESSIVE WAS THE BEST PRICE FOR THE QUALITY OF MERCHANDISE. INSTALLATION WAS FAIR BUT NOT GREAT. SOME DAMAGE TO WINDOW LEDGE AND LOCK WAS NOT INSTALLED AS PROMISED ON SLIDING GLASS DOOR.

THEIR SHOWROOM WAS WHAT CONVINCED US TO 'CONTRACT WITH THEM.' THE SALESMAN WAS PROMPT AND FAIR. HE DEFINED THINGS REALLY WELL. THE WORK CREW WAS PROMPT. THE REAL DELIGHT THEY INTEGRATED MARVELOUSLY A HEARING IMPAIRED PERSON REALLY IMPRESSIVE.
