Ivan, Chris and Danny were great. Ivan gave me updates on their ETA day before and day of. Team was quick and polite. They installed everything I wanted and helped setup the rooms. Totally respectful of the other tenants at the complex and whole event was extremely low stress. Appreciate their attentiveness.

My coworker recommended BLVD Moving to me after his awesome experience and I contacted them immediately. I was a nervous wreck but hearing how calm and friendly they were through the phone immediately eased me. I had a pleasant discussion and hired a four-member moving crew easily. I had two groups of movers shift my house, and they did a great job. They carefully covered all the furniture and made sure nothing got broken. I would definitely hire them again!

I had Enrique in my team. Enrique is a 10+. He moved me from San Francisco to San Diego. I know I had the right guy for the job when I saw how organized, pleasent and presistant he was. I overall had a fast and great expirience. THANK YOU ENRIQUE... YOU ARE THE BEST

This company is a scam once they have your stuff they will hold it hostage and then come up with extra fees . They held my furniture for 31 days and somehow it was my fault they couldn’t fit a 18 wheeler truck in my so I had to spend another 400 dollars. Every-time I called to check on the status of my delivery they were extremely rude and acting like I’m bothering them by asking questions ! Literally hung up in my face at least 5 times , told me they would call me to let me know updates and they never did.

Flawless. They arrived early and did the job very efficiently. Very responsive, courteous and professional throughout the process. Reasonably priced without nonsense. Will definitely use again.

Hired this company to move me from cal to new york and they were very professional. Took extra care of furniture and packed very well. Want to recommend them to anyone moving in the area.

BUYER BEWARE: This company broke, lost and destroyed $4000 worth of furniture. I filed a complaint with the BBB and THIS COMPANY WON'T EVEN RESPOND TO THE BBB. Do not work with these people. SCAM COMPANY. BBB has suggested that I report the l file an additional complaint with two government agencies that help consumers with complaints AND can enforce the law. The long distance move from California to New York was a nightmare experience. The driver who delivered the shipment to our apartment (santos) was as difficult, unhelpful, unreliable as it gets!! How can they hire such unprofessional help? Broken things, broken promises, not clearly marked boxes .... list goes on. We used them for a local move which was ok but the long distance move had no saving face factor. The reason I am giving 2 stars (instead of zero) is because they did ok on the local move.

TLDR: BLVD MOVING COMPANY IS RUN BY SCAMMERS. THEY WILL QUOTE YOU A LESSER PRICE AT FIRST BUT BY THE END OF THE MOVE YOU WILL END UP HAVING TO PAY OVER DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL PRICE. I wanna start this review off by saying I am not the typical entitled American consumer that often posts negative reviews about businesses. The ACTUAL movers, Mark and his associate were a two man crew. 10/10 would work with again. I don’t want my negative review to impact them in anyway because these guys were awesome and did the best they could given the circumstances. They got royally screwed by whoever runs the office. We had too much stuff and these poor guys ended up working 10 hours plus, straight with no reprieve. My Dad originally booked the move and was quoted $750 for four hours of labor. My Dad was both promised and requested a walk through to get a more accurate estimate because he knew we had a lot of belongings. Once the move was passed over to me, and no one had reached out to me to schedule the walkthrough I reached out on my own and spoke with Matthew, who reassured me, “It’s pretty standard to not do a walkthrough for a local move. You’re less than 30 minutes away. Even if you had more stuff than what was originally put on the inventory list, it shouldn’t drive the price up so much.” My father called once again, and spoke with Rosa, saying how he thought it was disrespectful how he was promised a walkthrough in the beginning but now it was being blown off because I was assuming responsibility over the move. Cue a week before the move, I speak with Teo, who reassured me of the same things Matthew did. This was even after I added a bunch of furniture to the inventory list. I was reassured that this would not drive up the price. Day of the move, Mark walks into our apartment ?? “You guys have way too much stuff. I don’t know why the office didn’t schedule you a walkthrough, this is going to drive up the price indefinitely. I doubt that the office will send a third guy, but you can try asking for one.” Both me and my Dad call the office and speak with Ahmed/Ahmad, no courtesy is given to our situation. We’re passively told, “Oh these guys work very fast. 5/6 hours tops. Worse case scenario you end up paying $1250.” Ten, almost eleven hours later, I am out of pocket $1400 and am looking to pay more because these poor guys still aren’t done. ? Avoid this moving company at all costs. They reel you in with their self assured sales reps and will f*** you over first chance they get. I hope all of these peoples toenails grow inward. I am disgusted at the lack of understanding, lack of concern, the complete and utter novices they have manning their front desks. Tell me you’re new to working customer service, without telling me you’re new to working costumer service. If you made it this far ??✨

Doesn’t deserve one star. Told okay to piggy back clothing in drawers and list of items to be moved sent ahead noted agreed upon and told nothing to do company does everything. UNTRUE. Day of move clothes to be put in boxes provided at extra cost $900. Company fails to mention once leaves state contract SOLD to another moving company which upon arrival to state destination ADDITIONAL trucking costs. TV never arrived. Stolen. $36 settlement offer due to “inconvenience” as $2000 extra to insurance didn’t apply. Fiduciary is your items moved to arrive. Failed. Liars. Thieves. Scammers. Items per agreement to be unpacked and placed in rooms NOPE. That’s on YOU! Not to mention steps are extra $$$. Failed to mention that too! Do NOT hire this company. Horrible experience.

First time writing a review to warn people against putting their trust in BLVD Moving company. January 2022 moved from San Diego,Ca to Houston,Texas and discovered that my expensive property had been STOLEN and furniture DAMAGED beyond repair. Rodrigo(foreman) and packers were protected by BLVD Moving leaving me feeling VICTIMIZED and VIOLATED.The Claims Dept. avoided me for months, only to offer $99.00. "USE AT YOUR ON RISKS !!! "

I had an excellent experience, the company was easy to deal with, provided a fair price and were very punctual which was very important to me. I would definitely recommend BLVD Moving as they were honest and i had a good experience.

Awesome and speedy guys!. This is the second time I used the service, and I can't recommend them enough. Drivers were so friendly, delivered everything with care, and were so helpful. HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing to move a large number of items.

Terrible. After our contract was signed, our quote kept going up. Even up to the day of the move, they were trying to charge my mom more. Our stuff was delivered 3 weeks after it was picked up. Some of our items were also delivered broken and scratched. On top of this, we had to constantly keep calling them to get an ETA for our items. We worked with Bobby, Maritza, and Theo, they would tell my mom one thing and then tell me something else after I'd call to confirm the information. Would not recommend this company.

Excellent! From beginning to end it could not have been a better experience. On-time, professional, cooperative, top-notch. Went above and beyond to do everything cleanly. They were very careful and not a single item broke or was damaged. I would highly recommend them and already have. On my list for my next move. Lupe and his team were able to do it all when other companies couldn't. Absolutely satisfied with the work!

This was a perfect move. Movers showed up as planned. Job was completed within time estimate and cost. I will refer them to others and use them again.

They bumped the price up double over their original quote, saying there was additional cubic footage moved. Cubic footage was measured upon arrival of shipment and was found to be less than the original quote. Have ignored our inquiries to get billing reduced and do not respond to emails/phone calls.

Excellent work done on packing. We felt very confident that the team had taken good care of my dad's belongings. Delivery was slow though - as predicted with most movers. When I became very upset about their continued changes of their promised delivery times, they suddenly turned to become responsive. Once I had a supervisor's word, then they delivered quickly and without mishap. All goods arrived in perfect condition. Packers were awesome. Overall, a good move with few issues. I would hire them again but hold their delivery promises loosely.

I can't say enough positive things about the crew. They were efficient, quick, and did not damage anything. I was very happy with the movers they sent for my move. They were hard workers, polite and nice to be around. They moved my stuff with the utter most care. The way they kept their cool and managed to deal with so many problems and still presented me a timely, damage free and stress free move was simply amazing. Treated us with such respect, Don't hesitate- they're a great choice.
