First off my estimate was the best part for a homeowner, Jason took the time to explain every part needed and what it does. Very impressed with the estimate explaining each piece going in. Then he had to deal with my co-op and homeowners association. He had to do extra plans and application forms for my HOA. Aeris is straight up a great company, need anything just call and you ll get a return call, and that s impressive. I absolutely love my new system, I got a mini split with 4 floor handlers, one in each room with remote. Cools my 2 bedroom home in 10 minutes and keeps it that way. The installation crew was 4 or 5 guys and was super fast, had it all done in one day. The next crew comes in and fills holes and paints. Then the city inspection. Then Jason will give me the full tour on how everything works, very impressive. If you re thinking of getting AC or Heating this is the company to go with, hands down. I love the fact that my home is all nicely cool after a hard days work. Definitely give Jason a call at Aeris for your needs.

I am very happy about the installation of a new air conditioning system by Aeris Inc. The owner, Jason, is very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and efficient. The crew started the job only four days after I signed the contract and completed the work in one day. He is a person worthy of trust. His crew did a very good job. I highly recommend Jason and his company to anyone for their future project. I believe Jason and his company would get more recommendations if they are given a chance.

We recently had our AC unit and furnace changed out by Aeris. The workers arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently and cleaned up nicely on completion. We even got a new thermostat and our vents cleaned. Everything is working well. Jason was very pleasant, knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all questions. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them.

I found Aeris after I had a problem with a different contractor. Jason was transparent and honest the whole way through. He told explained the problem, the options, and the pros/cons of everything so I could make an informed decision. Ultimately we decided to replace the unit. We ran into a few snags along the way, but he never charged me more, even though i know it cost him more. It was obvious Jason knows everything from top to bottom, and he was on time, on budget. He bent over backwards to squeeze us in- his guys even came at 9pm on a Saturday, so my pregnant wife could have cold AC blowing on her the last few days before giving birth! IâÂÂve never said this, but I would 150% recommend him and his company to everyone. ItâÂÂs easy not to have a lot of integrity in this field because customers donâÂÂt know how AC works and theyâÂÂre at your mercy, youâÂÂre in good hands with Jason.

Jason (the owner) came for an in-home consult. He answered all questions clearly and was very helpful. I emailed Jason several times with more questions over the next few days before and he was always very responsive and polite. Once I hired Aeris to do the job, I got an appointment for the same week. The crew arrived on time - they were efficient and clean. Everything went very smoothly without any headaches or issues. Jason followed up after the job to make sure everything was to satisfaction. Overall, Aeris did a fantastic job and I would hire them again for any heating or cooling projects. Highly recommended.
