It didn't go well. I initially had them fix it as it was not mounting properly and the red wire was not attached. When I got it back, it was making beeps and clicking noises that I had not heard before. I took it back again and they said they didn't do anything to make it do that. They looked at it and said it was working fine. He said he had attached the red wire and indicated that this was what I had brought it in for and that he had done his job. Even though it wasn't going to mount which doesn't make sense. I returned it to them and after that, I called him to discuss I shouldn't pay him for something that wasn't repaired. He said he thought it was a problem with the computer and he doesn't work on computers. I asked him then why did he take a vacuum he couldn't work on. After a long conversation, he reluctantly gave me a store credit. I went to pick up my vacuum cleaner and a different man said it was running beautifully and that everything was good. When I got it home and took it out of the bag they put it in, the part that had been repaired had been ripped out and the wire was loose. They have lost a customer.

HE WAS VERY CAREFUL TO TELL ME TO BE SURE TO BRING THE NEW MODEL IN ONCE PER YEAR FOR FREE SERVICE SO THAT THE NEW 8 YR. WARRANTY WOULD BE PRESERVED. THIS IS A NICE LITTLE SHOP WHERE YOU WILL GET INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE.
