Dynamic Collision Center of Cerritos

Rear ended on freeway end of December. Chose dynamic collision center because they were conveniently located to accident, my home but most of all to dealership where I purchased my car for parts etc. I had one month rental insurance so i waited for at least three weeks before I bothered them for updates. That was my first mistake because they hadn't even looked at my car yet let alone order parts needed to start repairs. Upon my inquiry they said that they were waiting on seat belts that they had ordered before they could move car around their lot. At that point I knew I was in trouble because that was their first lie. Who needs seat belts in a body shop. It went from there with lies week after week - parts on national back order, cancelled sub contractor glass companies, electricians , exhaust system unavailable, welding shop for exhaust repairs having problems, hole in radiator, noise coming from struts, whole week to replace two struts.  I had to beg for updates week after week. Unanswered phone calls and e-mails. A lot of stress and frustration. I was promised week after week that I'd have my car by "Friday". Friday took three months for a rear end repair. I firmly believe that these people are liars and incompetent and take work that they know they cannot turn out in a reasonable time. They are practiced at lying and have no shame  and no pride in their work. I could not wait to get my car out of there. I had spent three months in a rental car of which I had only one month insurance coverage. To top it all off the work they did is terrible. My trunk cover rises about a quarter of an inch off the body of the car. It is not flush with the rest of the car so I have to put it in a shop to have repairs done. Also one of my rear taillights which had been completely destroyed in the collision had been replaced but had a crack about three to four inches in length which had obviously been cracked on installation and repaired with glue. Can you sense my frustration!  Don't take your car here. I wish I had someone tell me that. It has been a nightmare.  The day I went in to pick up my car there was a gentleman at the counter talking to the manager and getting really angry because he had come in to pick up his car and of course it wasn't ready and when I heard the manager say that a part hadn't come in because it was on "national backorder" I knew then and there that this was her Schlick as that was the first excuse I'd heard. No stars. I can't rate liars.
