Punctual, polite and clean.Estimator showed up on time. Crew showed up on time and finished on time. They put in very LONG days, but got it done and it is beautiful.

The staff at Dream Painting was courteous and professional from beginning to the end.  Our first contact was Paul, who inspected the house and provided the estimate.  He was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of information and answered all of our questions.  We appreciated this because we had never hired a painting firm before.
Kim and his crew pressure washed the house on the first day and allowed it to dry overnight.  The second and third day were spent mostly on prep work.  The house hadn't been painted in 12 years, so it needed a lot of prep.  Even so, we were impressed with the amount of work they put into it.  They were very careful and thorough, they obviously care about their work.  Kim is a genius at filling cracks in stucco, he spent a lot of time filling and re-filling them and now you have to look very carefully to find any.  They probably spent a day and a half on the prep alone. 
Once the prep was done, they covered windows and doors in plastic and covered the concrete in paper.  Then they started painting.  When the painting was done, their cleanup was very well done.   There was no trash or mess of any kind left behind. 
The job went smoothly, it was done on time and the estimate was exactly the amount we paid. 

They were ontime to start and finished exactly as stated. They paid attention to every detail and provided complete masking and protection. They moved everything from the walls and put back. They provided multiple paint samples to make sure the match was correct since we had to deal with the HOA in our community. I would reccomend them highly to anyone looking for a painting and a professional licensed company.

They came in and moved what needed to be moved, and covered everything with plastic.  As they painted, they really paid attention to detail.  Even when I didn't notice I didn't have one accent color right until they had painted one room inside, they just went and got the paint and redid the wall in question.  Both the inside and outside painters were very professional and courteous.  They did a beautiful job!

Dream Painting was a good deal for painting. There were a few glitches here and there, but it was all good. The paint guys were punctual. I also had them install laminate hardwood flooring into the house, the flooring guys were not as punctual.

The painting team did a great job in performing the various tasks from start to finish.  Kim was very helpful in assisting me in selecting the paint color for the house and trim.  He painted sample areas of the two colors I was considering. They first pressure washed the house and worked on the many hairline cracks on the house, started covering the windows and fixtures with plastic sheets and tape. On the second day they completed the prep work and started painting the trim, the stucco on the house and the deck.  On the third day, they did some touch up on the trim and house.  The four doors and garage doors were painted. The wrought iron rails on the front brick porch and wrought iron rails on the stucco block wall in the back yard were painted. Water sealant was sprayed on the base of the house, the deck, the front brick porch and brick columns by the garage.  The pleated shade on the front door window was put back, the porch lamp (got a new one) was put back on the porch wall.  All the plastic sheets and tape were removed.  The house looked great!
They are friendly, professional workers and attentive to details.  I pointed out a few things and they followed up on those items. The clean-up at the end of the job was good.  They arrived promptly in the morning and worked until late in the afternoon.  I will certainly recommend them to others and use them again.

The entire process was very smooth and all the people I was in contact with were all very helpful. Linda (Office Staff) was easy to deal with and very professional in walking me through my first large painting project.  My wife and I were very nervous about picking the wrong colors and what areas to paint with certain colors (trim, stucco, eves, etc…). The sales team came out a couple times to help my wife and me with samples to visualize the details. Once the team (3 painters) came out, I was so impressed with how careful they were with the handling and covering of all the items around the exterior. The prep is one of the most important parts of the process and they were right on! Everything was covered to include the pool. My neighbor made a comment that they were so meticulous and clean! They pressure washed, sanded and filled many stucco cracks. The lead knew I was nervous and made sure to keep asking me questions and provided suggestions throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable with the way it was turning out. The job took 3 days and every night they cleaned up. The house looks great and more importantly my wife and I are more than satisfied with the entire team at Dream Painting.

Estimate was spot on an ddone by the owner and they have an office number that is answered so it is easy to ask them questions.

Know what exactly is to be painted  and check that everything that is on the contract is completed satisfactorily prior to making the final payment.

Bait and switch. David gives a decent price to hook the customer, gives a good sale pitch, and agrees to conditions. But later, his company calls and changes the terms of the service when you ask them to put things in clear writing (as opposed to scribbled on a contract form). In my case, David never returned my call when I called him for clarification.There also were warning signs that I picked up on: for example, he wanted us to prep and clean the walls so that his painters will have an easier time. Just fyi, wall preparation is all part of the painter's job. They should remove cover-plates, lights, door knobs, patch small and large holes, retexture the wall if necessary, and fix corners and joint seams before they paint. If a professional painter simply writes that he will do "prep" work without detailing it and wants to use tape to mask lights and knobs, you might as well do the job yourself. In another example, he wanted to use a lower grade of paint that saves maybe $20 per gallon and was insistent on it. I had to push to use the highest quality even though I was willingly to pay extra for it. Finally, he tries to sell you on other things that have nothing to do with painting since he claims to be a general contractor.Anyway, I cannot recommend this company. Sorry!

They did excellent work! They arrived on time and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The crew was fantastic and they went above and beyond the call of the service. We were very pleased with the service and the staff. Jorge was the lead individual and he was very personable and very caring, as well as understanding of my situation. They were very open to any last minute changes in regard to paint color or anything else I wanted to add on. I would highly recommend them.

Pressure washed house, prep, and painting.  Very good experience.

We were please with the cost, their commitment to getting the work done on time, the quality of the work, their clean up, and their promptness.

They did a wonderful job. The owner came out to show me his portfolio and to do an estimate for me. He was very honest with me and warned me that since I do have an older home there might be some issues since there are already layers of paint on the walls. I was very happy with the outcome. The owner was very polite and professional and so were his employees. They got the job done in a timely manner.

From my first call to the office to the completion of the job, everyone was professional and nice. My contact during the initial call Linda at their office was efficient and pleasant. As we arranged, David the owner came promptly the next day examined our guest  cottage and drew up a proposal. And I mean draw. Because of the molding and paneling were to be done in different finishes and/or colors David not only wrote a detailed description, he drew detailed sections so there could be no confusion as to the terms of our contract.
We phoned in the the friendly Linda the next day and the job began on time and finished on time, despite the fact that the "oil type" pimer coat paint took its time drying. The three man crew did a careful masking job, removed and replace multiple hardware items, and left behind a clean job.

They were reasonably-priced and did a good job overall.

They did a terrific job.  They were on time, efficient and fairly priced.

I’ve liked working with them! They’ve done a wonderful job, and clean up well afterwards so that you don’t even know that they’ve been there. They do the work quickly, efficiently, and are willing to come out if any spots are missed. If they do a lot of work for you, they can give you a discount. They also send out coupons for discounts, too! I’d highly recommend them to others.

The experience was good overall. They were the best-priced, they have other services that they offer (not just painting), and it seems like they knew what they were doing. We asked them to replace three chandelier-type lights, which they did at no additional charge. They cleaned up well once they did the work. There were a couple of tiny spots that we noticed after they left. Most people, I don’t think would’ve noticed, but we are meticulous. The quality of the work was good, but they did use subcontractors on our job.

their service was great.  David showed up took a quick look around we explained what we wanted done, he took 15 minutes to give us a written estimate.  We had to choose the paint color and let them know when to start.  We had them come the next monday.  The crew showed up as scheduled on time and did a quick and effiecient job.  The rooms all look great.  I would use the for my next painting project.
