Greg was very responsive and professional when giving the estimate and scheduling the original work. The crew did a professional job replacing the actual main sewer line. However, the surrounding work, such as the required outlets/cleanouts surrounding the house were not done in a professional manner. When they were removing the concrete for the clean-outs, they did not clean up the splashing on the house or fence so both were sprayed/speckled with gray splashes that would not come off. In addition, the concrete patches were completed in a sub-standard fashion. Greg agreed to redo the patches and said he would call me to schedule for the following week, however he never called. Then suddenly on 12/23/2010 (the day before Christmas Eve) a crew showed up at my house with no prior notice to redo the concrete. I had just had my house repainted that week as the final step in our house remodel project. I told them they needed to call me to schedule the appointment. I could not believe they just showed up the day before Christmas Eve with no notice, almost 2 months after the original service. Our contract states that payment is due upon completion of sewer installation. Since they have not completed their job, I have not paid them the balance of the contract. The entire process has been very frustrating.

The job went really well; we were told the job would take two days, and it only took one. I highly recommend this plumber.

They showed up in the worst rainstorm of the year and without hesitation got the job done. Despite the weather and task at hand, the total downtime of my plumbing was only about five hours. Greg was very patient with my incessant questions and worries and ultimately made the process completely painless. They made a temporary patch in the street and let it settle for a couple of weeks before coming back and replacing it with a very neat and smooth patch.

They were very courteous when they were in my home. They did a very good job. They charged less than the other three companies in the area that I received bids from.

I found Streamline on Angie's List. I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience with the company. From the first call for them to come out and give me an estimate to the finished job (which was a week later), I found the people I dealt with to be pleasant, respectful, and happy for my business. Greg came out the day after I called to give me an estimate. He described the work that would be done, and why it needed to be done. The estimate he gave was the price I paid. I had an estimate from another place to do a partial repair of the line. Streamline did the entire line for only $300 more, and now I won't have to worry about fixing it again. The workers who actually did the job were efficient and conscientious and polite. They arrived at my house just after 7 am to start the job, and they left at 3:30 that day with the whole thing finished. We barely knew they were out there the whole day. I would definitely use the company again for any plumbing needs, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and neighbors. Thanks to Angie's List and Streamline!

We were having problems with our plumbing backing up. Come to find out that the clay pipes under our house were damaged - cracks, roots, and a break at the curb. The company that we initially called to deal with the back-ups (Rescue Rooter) gave us an estimate of $12,000-$14,000 and 3 days to fix the problem. Upon the recommendation of a friend who used Streamline to convert their septic system to sewer, we called Greg at Streamline. Streamline came out-did a free video camera inspection of the line and quoted us $5,800. They came 2 days later and finished the work in one day. They were able to get to the job a day earlier than they thought, got there with a full crew, did the work quickly and as quietly as possible, and cleaned up everything when they were done. The gentleman who operated the backhoe even offered to let my son sit up with him while he dug. I can not say enough good things about this company - we will use them for all of our future plumbing needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Streamline. Not only were they the lowest bid I received, they did their work fast and professionally. The job was finished and everything cleaned up within a week of my signing the contract.
