I needed 3 rooms in my home to be taped and mudded. Linda is very nice, she responded quickly and worked with my schedule, and worked with my budget! Their team does quality and fast work I will definitely work with ML construction again!

Dan and his assistant Juan did an excellent job. They were prompt and finished the job in 2 days. They do high quality work and go above and beyond. It is rare to find good contractors these days. I would hire them for future projects and also refer them. Many contractors flake, don't show up and do subpar work. Another company quote me much more $ and said the job would take a week. This company is honest and prices are good.

they called and asked if I "would mind" paying a $25 fee for an estimate because they lived about 60 miles away. nice going angie's list.

Their representative, Linda, never came back to me with a bid. At one point I called her and asked where it was. She told me she would send it by the end of the day, which she did not. Several weeks after she came to inspect the job, still no bid. This company has very poor follow-up and I would not contact them again. I didn't give them an F because of their prompt initial contact, but it is impossible to do business with a company that won't bid the job or meet their promised deadlines.

I highly recommend ML Construction! Linda responded quickly to my request, got the details for my projects, set a very fair price, and scheduled the work during the time frame I needed it. Amilcar and crew showed up on schedule, assessed my projects and got right to work. The baseboard replacement required a lot of corner cuts, the new interior door needed trimming to fit, and the trim being replaced was for a second floor window. The crew was friendly, the work professionally completed, and it all looks great! While Amilcar was up on the second floor he noticed some additional trim boards that should be replaced. My home is 30 years old, so it's undoubtedly time to take a look at all of the trim and see what needs to be done. Everyone at ML Construction was great to work with, so I'm definitely going to contact Linda in the near future to take care of those problems as well.

Great! Santiago was punctual, professional, courteous and did a great job installing both the flooring, the baseboards and new toilet. Linda very responsive via phone/text. Very competitive pricing, will definitely hire again!

The work was done in 2 days. I called ML Constructions and Linda responded promptly. The communication was easy and she always responded right away. The crew arrived early and they worked right away. Materials and the work were excellent. I wanted a simple rebuild and it surpassed my expectations. Dan’s attention to detail was very impressive. The owner, Linda Lau was very responsive to our needs, even coming out with Santiago to inspect & review the job, together. I felt comfortable that the work was going to be right. Linda provided us with a contract that outlined the work & cost, which was expected & appreciated. Santiago picked up our materials the next morning & the work was completed & the worksite put back in order by 5 PM. His work was meticulous and he worked so quietly, I hardly knew he was here. This work was the last of a long, drawn out kitchen remodel using various contractors. All said & done, I'd wholeheartedly recommend ML Construction.

The team at ML Construction repaired a fence that I share with my neighbor. Part of it was was blown over by some strong winds and the other sections were pretty beat up. I decided to have MLC salvage what they could and provide new material and reset posts as appropriate. The job was mostly good the first time around but some planks got loose after a few weeks. They came back and secured those planks without any issues and in a timely manner. Some planks good loose again a few weeks after and they realized the lower 1x footing were not installed. So they installed those at no additional cost and now the fence is solid. Price was higher than other quotes, but the work is good and they they by their work. Thanks Amilcar and Linda for the great job.

Linda L. was a great communicator and was able to come and look at my roof and ceiling issues to see what she would be working with right away. She walked me through every step of the process which I fully appreciated! She was able to get the repair job done and clean up on-time. I initially contacted ML Construction for a small dry wall project - one of many projects I needed to complete. Linda, the representative and supervisor arrived on time and offered to take care of everything - not just the dry wall. The work they completed included prepping,sanding,priming and painting the fascia, repairing beams, replacing wood sash trim on a large picture window, replacing siding and converting a brick fireplace from wood-burning to an electric insert. The fireplace project included removing a wood-burning insert, installation of a new electrical outlet, masonry work, painting and the installation of an electrical fireplace insert. Amilcar and his small crew arrived promptly everyday and finished all the work in 3 1/2 days. Their emphasis was on completing each project with care and thoroughness. Excellent workmanship. Linda is very personable and easy to work with. I appreciated their willingness to take on the smaller projects with the same insistence on quality that might be expected in a much larger, more lucrative project. I will definitely return to ML Construction for any future work . Despite all the sanding and painting and drilling, etc., the crew cleaned up everything and left the area immaculate. They are my default company, for sure!
