Bostok & Williams Roofing

I'm a retired Union sheetmetal worker, so I'm going to see things that the average home owner is not going to see. With that said I found some flaws in the workmanship that I pointed out to the installers. They did not leave until those flaws were fixed. When they left the gutters were installed as they should be.

I appreciated Randy's calls to make and confirm appointment, arriving on time. He was able to make repair quickly and answers questions, using pictures from his phone. He has great people skills and communicates well so a client can feel comfortable and confident in his work.

Randy Williams and his son are hard working guys. His price on replacing my old wooden gutters was competitive. He volunteered to remove my old antenna and wiring. The house looks much cleaner. Also, did extra work sealing around the pipe vents. Attached new grids to our roof vents. Cleaned up each day. Great Job!

New gutters installed-total 160'-work was done as agreed-price was fair (I got quotes from several contractors)-they weren't the lowest but were close and I liked them the best. Took care of a minor roofing problem also. They cleaned up when the job was done and it looks great! Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The overall project was good. They were professional and completed the project in a timely manner. One thing about them is that they promised maintenance and service to the gutters and roof. I tried calling them and they never responded. Its been a year now and still have not got a follow up on the roof or gutters. Ended up hiring someone else to fix an issue with a gutter they installed.

Randy submitted a very professional quote, worked with me to make some changes in materials, offered very good suggestions without ever being overbearing or a know it all. He started and finished the job on time (minus a little rain time). The end result is everything I asked for and more. They cleaned up every day and he always made sure the job was progressing in the manner I wanted. I can't speak too highly of Randy and his work and business ethics!
