M.B. Landscaping

I hired this contractor to replace the grass in my front and back yards with drought-tolerant landscaping and to replace my conventional irrigation system with drip irrigation. I also wanted to replace my asphalt driveway and walkways around the house with paver stones and was happy this contractor could handle that as well. In other words, I wanted to re-do all of the landscaping for my home. I was referred to this company by another licensed contractor who I'd called to do the paving but we decided to have MB do it all for a more coordinated look. The owner came out a few minutes after the other contractor called him and gave me a rough estimate. I'd already seen some of his commercial work and he also drove me around that first day to show me some of his other residential work. When I was ready for him to start work I went to his nursery to select plants and looked through catalogs to select paver stones. He gave me a more detailed, written estimate when I contracted with him. I was extremely happy with the artistic landscape design suggestions. My yard looks much better than I imagined. The daily workers were professional and pleasant and cleaned up after themselves every day. The owner was personally responsive to any problems that came up, such as neighbors complaining about the noise, and to changes I requested however nit-picky they were. Considering the changes and add-ons I requested, the work was completed on schedule and done in time for me to get a turf replacement rebate.
