Mr Romano is truly a pleasure to work with and he knows his stuff. He came out and got an got it working so we were all warm. He came out a week later to give the split system a complete cleaning and winter tune up a week later. He is very professional and takes care to ensure cleanliness and uses non toxic product. The system has never worked better. Will be using him a my go-to HVAC professional and advise you all to use his services as well.

Our experience with Romano HVAC was awesome juliano was very professional knowledgeable and informative he answered all of our questions and when it came time to actually replace the compressor he physically showed me what caused the old compressor to go out he was very courteous respectful and the price was less than half of what Bell Brothers heating and air had estimated and to make things even better for us he cleaned up his mess from the date of the estimate to the fixed state was less than 3 days it was awesome I would highly recommend Romano HVAC to anyone and juliano thank you you get a hundred stars from me if I could rate that

My air conditioner stopped working tonight. I have a heart condition that requires a cool house. Juliano came out at 9:30pm and fixed the a/c. He was professional, courteous and personable. He explained what the problem was and how he was going to repair it. I could tell this guy had some experience but I had already diagnosed the problem so he went with that and said we were going to need a new furnace. Nope!! AND he told me I had bad breath!!! Ya, I had tuna for lunch. So unprofessional! Went with Gilmore and could not be happier!! Night and Day difference.
