Came twice. Only put a band aid on the problem--never actually fixed the problem. When I called and emailed several times for a 3rd visit, they never showed for scheduled appts twice...no calls, follow up nothing. Seemed generally disorganized. Had difficulty e-mailing me a proper receipt with all the information and pricing on it. Had to call 3 times about this!

I can fell they did well and they good good work.

Courteous and professional. Needed to find out why furnace would not turn on. Control Board flashing red 4 times. They checked the continuity of the limit switches, the connections. Everything in the system seemed okay except one of the limit switches had to be reset which got it working. Gladly paid for the service call.

These guys were awesome- on time, very fast and friendly, and communicated clearly. All I needed was to get some assistance locating and installing a “C-wire” for a smart thermostat, and they solved my problem quickly. Thanks!

Had fast efficient service. Did test & was very good at explaining problem. They put easy to operate thermostat in for me. Explained in detail how to work it. Gave me tips on A/C maintainance. Would definitely hire them again. Good company.

Process was easy and efficient.

Juliano was the name of man who came, he replaced one capacitor and recommended a motor replacement. His charge was $375 and we have argued a little bit about that and eventually I paid him much less. He told me that he would email me the invoice for the work he has done and the estimate for other recommended repairs. Never heard from him anymore.

A little pricey for what was really just a maintenance visit.

They came the next day. They charged $75 to show up. They were here for about 50 minutes. I had to ask him to wear boot covers inside. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Charged $175/hr. Quickly found the issue which was that a couple screws came loose and the cage fell into the motor. He fixed it in good time. Made a mess with insulation on my floor, but I had the house cleaners there so they cleaned it up. Left hand print marks on the access door that I need to take care of at some point. Charged me $250 for less that one hour of labor, but got it fixed. I personally would have thought the $75 would be waived if I had them do the work. I didn’t know the amount until the work was done. I would recommend getting that quote unfront so you don’t have sticker shock at the end. I got no receipt or bill for my records.
