Very quick response. Very professional and explained things as he worked through the process. In this case I was low on refrigerant and the question is always, "how do you lose refrigerant in a closed system". No easy answer but some good ideas given. More to come as I expect that over time I will lose refrigerant again. I will follow up with Romano for proactive measures.
