He is very good inspecting but has not sent me the written report regarding the inspection.

I submitted my request on a Saturday, I got a call back from Juliano Sunday. They had a next day appointment available for my request of HVAC tune up. Juliano was actually early to my appointment as well. He was every helpful and informative. Worth every penny and some. Good honest company not trying to inundate you with excessive fees and charges. Before he was out my driveway I had told two family members about the great service I had gotten. I will definitely use them again.

He was here on time and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

He was barely okay. I told him something was wrong with the thermostat. He turned it to a higher temperature and said that it was fixed. Eight-nine dollars was okay, but the new owners of the house can deal with a faulty thermostat. I'm done.

You can't go wrong with Roman's prompt, efficient and friendly service. I had them out to perform routine maintenance on my HVAC system and they found the the A/C capacitor was malfunctioning and melted part of a wire in the compressor.
