They were great! Juliano and Scott showed me what was happening during the entire restoration cleaning. Came out the same day I called and got the job done during my timetable. 2 guys, 3 1/2 hours to do the job the right way. Explained what the issues were, and what would happen when it was corrected. Would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest contractor.

Arrived on time found the problem quickly made the repair. Tested the system and found it low on Freon. Showed me the data and I agreed to the cost of the addition before hand

Juliano was amazing! We started out thinking we just needed a repair but after getting into the system he showed us damage that had been done and recommended that we replace half of our system. He was very thorough in explaining and showing us what exactly was wrong. We ended up having him just put in a whole new system for us. I now have a wonderful new system that works so much better than my old system. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

Juliano came out on a Sunday aftwrnoon. He was straight-forward that our A/C unit needed to be replaced and didn’t charge us for the freon that he used to try and get it running again. It is nice to deal with somebody who isn’t constantly trying to upsell you.

We hired Romano's to repair a central air conditioner that was not producing cold air. Juliano is an exceptional technician. He arrived on time, diagnosed the situation quickly, had the necessary part available in his truck and had us cooling the house in a matter of minutes. He also fully explained what was done, and stayed long enough to ensure that the air produced by the unit was the right temperature. We highly recommend Romano's for air conditioning repair.

Romano’s is like a breath of fresh air in doing business with a service and repair company. Juliano was prompt and he explained everything in plain english, no sales talk. Our A/C motor was going out ( making extremely loud noise ). He fixed it in the time frame he said and his price was very fair. I have dealt with those companies that advertise on TV all the time and it seems like all they want to do is sell you something besides what you called them for. Juliano didn’t do any of that. It was nice not feeling like you are letting someone do a repair only because you don’t have any other choice. We need more businesses like Romano’s.
