Honest! Another place quoted me $500.Romano's showed me how to monitor the performance of my AC and I just paid for a service call, because nothing was wrong with it. No up-selling, just honest. It's a family business, and they deserve your business.

Great customer service, trustworthy, & got my air working in no time at all. Thanks for the service! I will use again. To Follow up : July 13, 2018 After still having issues with unit contacted another AC company that came out and did assessment of they informed me that nothing wrong with breaker but that was the issue. So I called Ramano and he disconnected the call.

My AC was not working at all and I called Romano's Heating & Air Conditioning late afternoon to get an evaluation. Mr. Juliano Galanti responded immediately and setup an appointment the very next day. Mr. Galanti showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Price is very reasonable and he explained everything that he was doing and why, and he did not have any problem answering any of my questions. He was able to identify the source of the problem and fix it right on the spot. Romano’s Heating & Air Conditioning is an exceptional company that provides professional services and I highly recommend them.

Very fast and honest, I pay 29 a month for a protection plan and was told needed to compressor . After being offered three high priced options I was referred to Romano's and with 20 min of arriving my heat pump was running again better quiter than it had in years Thank You J! Highly Reccomend

Juliano called me right away and came over on his way home at 6:30vpm. He took the old part and ordered a new one. He called me 2 days before he said he would and came over and fixed my heater. Juliano was professional, and has a good sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend Romano's to everyone.

Juliano was very informative and explained everything fully. I have an older propane heating system and expected to be “encouraged” to purchase a new unit. Juliano was very honest and forthright and did not try to pressure me into purchasing a new unit, for which I was grateful. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him highly.
