We hired Carmel Custom Cleaning and Restoration to clean and
seal our slate floors indoors and outside.
They charged $7900. Part way
through the job, the worker needed to take some time off for a family need and
promised to complete the job upon return. We have left numerous calls, never returned,
and they never completed the indoor cleaning and did not do the sealing or the
outdoor cleaning or sealing--so they only did approximately 1/4th of the job. Unfortunately we paid them the full amount as
he said he really needed the money and promised to make good on the rest of the
job and we thought they had a good reputation. This is a long time now and still
they do not return our calls.
