Cory did a very nice job for us. He took a look at our ethernet and WiFi network, and was able to diagnose our problems and make a couple of improvements. He was on-time, professional and easy to talk with. He was also very skilled in the technical aspects of modern networking. We often find that good local businesses like Wave Connects deliver solutions and services that are as good or better than the big companies. Cory and Wave Connects have proven this yet again. We will continue to call on Wave Connects for any other issues that we run into, and we will happily recommend them to friends and family.

Wave Connects exceeded our every expectation. Cory, our technician, was PATIENT, kind, extremely competent and thorough. My husband and I are not tech savvy and moved into a new home. Wave Connects had done work for us before at our precious residence, therefore I called them for a proposal to set up three televisions, make sure we had a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout our home, set up music to be played throughout our house using a Sonos Beam and Sonos Move, hide all the unsightly cable wires and boxes and more. The work was done to the highest of standards and tonight we are fully functional with computers and all our media and music devices. What a difference. We couldn't be more pleased

Will never use this company again. Matched a competitor's price but did a terrible job, I had to spend an hour of my time cleaning up, and they had to come back another day since they did so poorly they couldn't finish in time. First off, the tech had to go to his car at least 3 times, possibly 4 (forgot a tool, needed a brush, and needed to add more quarters to his parking meter), which could have all been avoided if pricing is based on time. Second, the tech's vacuum broke on the previous job (and I don't have one yet since we just moved in), so I had to spend time trying to clean up with paper towels which didn't work well. Third, he wasn't able to finish the job on the 2nd TV to hide the cords because he had to get to another job. Lastly, you can see in the video that the mount wasn't properly secured as it's very loose. When you're paying someone this much to mount a couple TV's, I'd hope I wouldn't have to spend any of my time on the project as I'm outsourcing it.

This company is terrific. Knowledgeable, professional, and really easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

The bottom line – If you’re looking for a security system, go with WaveConnects. You won’t be disappointed. The detail – We’ve had a couple different security systems at our house over the many years we’ve owned it. Our initial system was installed during a remodel. Since walls were being opened, it was a wired (not wireless) system. Years later we had ADT update our system. Their system was fine, but they clearly only had one way of doing things: wireless. They neither bothered to use any of our wired sensors, nor installed any wired sensors of their own. Since ADT’s install, we’ve retrofit our home with automation/integration. Through our Savant app (and through our Savant handheld remotes), our entire house can be controlled: Lighting, Music, Cameras, Doorbells, Doors, Thermostats, and Pool. All, that is, except for the ADT security system (which is, apparently, proprietary and won’t play nicely with automation systems other than their own). So, I opted to install a security system compatible with Savant. Savant highly recommends the Elk Security System, so that’s what I insisted on having. After calling around, it was clear to me that most security companies will install only one (maybe two) systems. They were uninterested in taking requests. Without batting an eye, though, WaveConnects stepped up to the plate. They had never installed Elk, but were willing to give it a go. I had anticipated there being issues as a) there are always issues with electronics (i.e., nothing is truly plug-n-play); and b) WaveConnects had never installed an Elk System. To my surprise, no issues arose at all. The install went smoothly, quickly, and without incident. Further, contracting with WaveConnects was efficient, scheduling was easy, and Cory (the installer) actually showed-up early. Who does that? Cory, in fact, was incredibly professional and incredibly easy to work with. We loved Cory! He also didn’t cut any corners with the install. What do I mean by that? First, he found every wire from our original install, and he used those for sensors, when possible (instead of opting for wireless). Second, he found ways to run wired sensors to places we did not have any wire, only using wireless sensors where it made sense. Third, he made thoughtful recommendations for novel sensors where appropriate (heat sensors, flood sensors, glass break sensors, motion sensors). Again, go with WaveConnects. You won’t be disappointed.

After hiring and paying an independent guy who came out, looked at our TV, told us he could fix it and would call that evening or the next day at the latest with an estimate, we never heard from him again. I called several numbers only to be told, ‘No, we don’t fix those’, every time. We were getting desperate. I found Wave Connects on Angie’s List and called the number, left a message and didn’t really have much hope they even did what we needed. Within 15 minutes, Paul called us back, and someone came out, that day! They actually gave us a loaner tv because the entire ordeal did take about two weeks, (not their fault... the first guy caused the problem) diagnosed the trouble and fixed the TV. They didn’t charge us for the loaner TV and they fixed our TV for far less than the cost of buying a new one which we were prepared to do if we had to. From now on, we will only use Wave Connects for all of our AV needs.

Paul is always more than helpful and his crew installs and makes sure you understand how to use your new product before they leave.

They are wonderful. They made sure that I knew what I was doing with the new Samsung TV that worked like a computer.They cared enough to make sure I knew how to use everything. When my TV went out I didn't have any other TV. He was busy, but he did it that same day. I think he could hear the panic in my voice. If you were born in 1950, you're a "vidiot". They're really good. The guy sat here and really helped me out. He sat there with me with the remote. He showed me how to use the remote and how to use the TV. It was a much better job than I gotta tell you another company did when they installed, "Here's how you turn it on, and here's how you turn it off. Goodbye." They actually install all kinds of theaters in your house and I think security systems, too. They do a bunch of things. They are on Angie's List, because that's how I found them. He had a very busy day, but, to them, this is a really fast job. So, he made sure because he heard the panic in my voice. They are very polite, very businesslike, really nice people. They made time for me. There's no way I would leave a bad review for these guys. When he installed the Samsung, I couldn't get my smoke alarm in properly. He was tall, and he just stuck it back in.

They are wonderful. My screen went out on my computer. He brought a new one over and installed it. They are really good. The quality of the work was excellent. They are very responsive. I will use them again.

Excellent Customer Service! The owner Paul, couldn't have assigned a better Technician than Todd himself to come to our home to resolve/fix the problems. Todd is very competent at his Trade. He was polite, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The highest praise we can provide is that we won't hesitate to recommend Wave Connects to our friends, family, and/or associates! We are very pleased customers!

Everything went great. We had our home consultation followed by a quote for the job a couple days later. The day of the service the guys showed up on time and went to work. They were the experts that we could trust to give us the look we wanted to achieve. They worked efficiently and got it done well. When the work was done they advised us to not hesitate to call if questions came up, and that we would get an invoice later for payment. Making the payment on line later that night was seamless. We love the new look and space savings in our home. If we need anything more done, we'll be calling Wave connects. I HIGHLY recommend them. Should mention they also did some great work at out friends home and they were HIGHLY recommended to us as well. You've love what you get.

Couldn't have been better. The work was done during three separate service calls over a period of a few months in 2016. Ben and Jordan did the work for me, and I found them both to be knowledgeable, efficient, quietly friendly and accommodating. Their work was perfectly done and everything is still working fine.
