They are vibrant, smart and good. I do not know anything about computers and they are whom I have used. It feels like they make them out of a good cookie cutter. When you go to them they have smart kids and they all take care of you. In the beginning, they do not charge you anything, but if you want to continue having lessons there, which I do, they charge you. You can go in once a week, and I recommend that to everybody. You have to get an appointment through their computers and you get half hour time sometimes or I think you can make it up to an hour a week, which is great. I haverecommended them to others people too.

My experience went okay. Some of the staff seemed unhappy and like they did not like their job. However, they were able to set everything up okay.

This is a first-class organization! Their products are great (I finally defected to Apple after decades of being a PC user and the staff members know their stuff. I especially appreciate the training sessions. Although the trainers are mostly very young and the trainees are mostly senior citizens, the trainers show respect and lots of patience.

I made an appointment on line, was seen within 10 min of the scheduled time. The rep went through options and recommended not the most expensive (which would have involved mother board replacement). I appreciated that they were cost-concious. The repair was done promptly and at the quoted price. I was actually surprised at the quality of the service.

My Mac was working fine for the past several years but lately it was malfunctioning which makes me worry because I have important documents/information contained on the hard drive. I didn't want to spend a fortune to fix a possible minor issue but was assured that any Apple Store was the solution. So far my problems have not reoccurred.

After a time the support group expired. I could not rejoin for any price and I still needed the information. I could however for a price of $45.00 I could ask a question. So I did not.
