24 HOUR FITNESS

They have a lot of different offices. The one that I go to has lots of newer equipment. I had less problem getting access to equipment compared to other branches. I would continue to use this branch if it was closer.

We like it. We used to belong to another fitness club and felt that it was never cleaned very well. If any of the equipment broke, it took weeks and weeks for them to fix it. 24 Hour Fitness is a super club and it's newer. It's clean and the people are nice. If there is any broken equipment, it's fixed in a few days. We go there regularly. They try really hard. I was taking some personal training and then I felt that I couldn't afford it anymore so I don’t use their personal trainers anymore. I think they charge too much for their personal training. As far as the people, they are very good. Both my husband and I are retired and we think that raising rates in the economy that is troubling is just a little too much. They do like a common where you get three free lessons and stuff when you join. The only negative thing that I feel is that their rates are too high. I'm pretty lucky because I have senior sneakers so I don't have to pay but my husband does have to pay because his insurance doesn't cover it. Its okay, the next time his renewal comes up we are going to go over to a different insurance company which has a deal with 24 Hour Fitness for a reduced rate. We are senior citizens and we budget what we can do. We did board a fitness center for health wise because both of want to stay in reasonably good health. It is expensive for him but it's a good thing I don't have to pay for it. The original person that sold us the contract did not tell me that I was eligible for a senior sneakers and I spoke to somebody else who had it. I wondered if I was eligible and then I found out I actually was. I paid for a few months and then I found out that I was actually eligible. The gym is kept well; it's clean and up to date. If there is a problem they fix it right away. I couldn't say that for the former gym we belonged to. They are professional and seem to treat people well. They are friendly at the front desk. They do communicate because I get emails from them quite a bit. I would say that they should lower the rates for their training. We would use them in the future because so far we are happy with them.

They are open 24 hours. It is a fairly convenient location, and there is plenty of parking. They have someone on-call to fix machines, if needed.

Other than being too busy, the people keep things up fairly well. I really like the trainer that I've had for the past two years. They are close to my home and they are convenient to use. I really appreciate that the membership fee is only $9 each month and I've been with them for about 12 years; they have never raised the price on me.

In an every day environment it was a great work out. The staff and crew,were very polite. They were engaged in the usual day activities. The atmosphere of the gym was excellent.

THE TRAINERS IN THE FITNESS CENTER MAKE IT AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE TO WORK OUT.
