The Technical Rick was WONDERFUL! He was there when he said he would be, thought he would have to order part and finish the next day, found out there were children in the home went out and found the part himself and did it in the same day. He was kind and considerate and I would definitely use this company and Rick again!

He looked over the situation, did some measuring and sketches, and said he would call back the following week (week of June 9th). I did not hear back from him. About Tuesday, I called the office. They said he was out due to a family emergency. I waited for another week, and called the technicians personal line (given to me on a business card). He said he was sorry but they did not have a unit that would work for my situation. In the mean time temperatures at our house had been the high 90's and low 100's. I can't imagine why he didn't call me sooner. We had been sitting in the heat for 2 weeks, and had to initiate the follow up contact only to find out they couldn't do the job.
