CARLOS IS ALWAYS EXTREMELY PLEASANT & PROFESSIONAL. I'VE REFERRED A NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS TO HIM FOR THE LAST 12 YEARS. NO ONE HAS BEEN DISSATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICE OR PRICES. AS A FEMALE, AUTO MECHANICS HAVE BEEN CONDESCENDING & PATRONIZING, & IT ALWAYS SEEMS THAT THEY'RE TRYING TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T NEED, BUT CARLOS ISN'T LIKE THAT. HE LISTENS TO WHAT YOU EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM/NOISE IS & IF HE CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT, HE'LL HAVE YOU TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE, SO HE CAN HEAR IT.
