Description of Work: They did magnificent job cleaning antique Moroccan and contemporary Egyptian rugs. On 2nd order for white silk shag they had to clean it twice to get it white, but they did it rapidly and courteously. Delivery always right on time and very helpful putting rug back exactly where you want it. Overall A++.

Description of Work: picked up rug already rolled up in garage.Cleaned and redelivered, put down in living room as I am disabled and couldn't put rug down or arrange furniture. They did minor furniture placement after putting rug down. All went well.

Description of Work: They cleaned our Oriental Rug. Did an amazing job, picked it up (we left it on the porch for them), dropped it back off, and took the check we left out. AMAZING job, and I really appreciate the whole we don't have to be home for pick up and drop off thing since it's annoying to have to work from home or take off work. It did take 2 weeks, which nobody told us, but other than that things were fantastic.

Description of Work: I booked an appointment with Shane for the $99.00 in home service. On the morning they were supposed to come I got a voice mail saying they would 'pick up' the rug. That was not the agreement. I called Shane and he was very rude telling me all the extra charges for pick up and telling me 'how did you really expect a carpet to be cleaned for $99.00?" He said the ONLY way he would clean the carpet was to pick it up and began telling me what I would need to pay unless I BROUGHT IT TO HIM! He was very dismissive and told me, "well just get your money back from Angie's list because I'm not cleaning it in your house." He was a total ****. grade F

Description of Work: When you are doing services, it is vague but they should have been able to come up with a price per square foot. I felt that they were being deceptive. I don't know about their quality of work but I felt that the engagement I had with her on the phone was not real straightforward.

Description of Work: They came in and gave me a price to clean each rug. They pointed out damage and stains that could not be removed and why they couldn't be removed. The moved furniture to get to each rug. they gave me an estimate of the time line for cleaning. When they brought the rugs back they placed them in the proper places and moved furniture for me. They were very professional. the quality of the work was more than I expected. When the rugs need cleaning again I will call them.

Description of Work: Superior Rug Services picked up, washed and returned 6 large Persian carpets - all of which were terribly in need of a good cleaning - within a period of 2 weeks! The carpets look great and I would recommend Superior's services to anyone.
