Description of Work: They were prompt in calling to set an appointment to pick up our rugs, they cleaned them in the time they said and returned them when promised. The rugs look and smell much better.

Description of Work: They cleaned an 8x10 grey wool and viscose rug that had 2 stains that another |Company was not able to remove. They did a very good job cleaning the rug, but it shrunk 1/2 inch all around and came back a lighter grey color. This is noted in their small print when you sign the order so I couldn't complain about it.

Description of Work: They cleaned three oriental rugs. At first delivery I found out that the fringe on the rugs was not clean and it had one section white and the other gray . When I told the delivery guy he called the office and was told to bring the rugs for a second cleaning . When it was delivered it was very good. I will recommend them and use them again for taking ownership of the problem and delivering what was promised . Good reliable co. Will use and recommend.

Description of Work: Cleaned two large rugs;added back lining to a large round rug and repaired it. Cleaned a small entry rug and repaired it. One of the large rugs is a very fine Persian and it was returned like new. We are very pleased with the quality of their work;sent another rug to them.

Description of Work: The only negative I found was that before they delivered the cleaned rugs, the owner called to say that one rug was in bad shape and they could fix it for $140. I declined the offer and found that one of the fringe edges was fraying, but not worth a repair. I would probably use them again. They are prompt and courteous and did a good job.

Description of Work: I discussed the services I purchased through Angie's List before they arrived. I liked how they responded. While they were here, I decided to use them for more services and I purchased far more than the initial deal. I liked how they worked with me about their service and what was needed for the rugs.

Description of Work: Superior Rugs washed two very old area rugs for me. They had NEVER been professionally cleaned. I had them cleaned once by a carpet cleaning service but when that service was done you could not tell the rugs had been cleaned at all. However, when I picked up the rugs from Superior, I could not believe how amazing they look. Honestly, they look like different rugs--they are so clean. I love the job they did and I will use them in the future.

Description of Work: Superior Rug serviced, repaired and cleaned my two oriental rugs: 9 x 12, 9 x 11. I requested and additional service on the 9 x 12 rug, and gave the company an extra small oriental rug to clean & repair. The company does beautiful work. I'm happy with them.
