Description of Work: The ad did not say the pick up and delivery were 100. apiece to Ventura. It did not say anything about charges and it should have. The rug was cleaned but there were still spots on it. However they did remove red wine spots which is why I sent it in. It would be nice if they communicated more about what kind of spots can't come out and what was used etc.

Description of Work: I strongly recommend this company. We had a very large 1920s era Karastan rug that had |not been cleaned since purchase - over 15 years! Not only did they do a beautiful job |cleaning it, but they made some major repairs of tattered and disintegrating fringes. The |rug had several very noticeable bald spots from wear, but they said the under mat |was intact and were able to hand dye the entire pattern in a way where the spots became |undetectable. Given the extensive special care to an expensive rug, the price seemed |fair. The minor punctuality problems were all understandable. Very professional.

Description of Work: They cleaned a large, very filthy Persian rug. It had been stored in the garage. They added a small ($80) additional charge because it was so dirty, but it was a fair charge. They picked it up and delivered it back when they said they would. They did a nice job!

Description of Work: I had three Persian carpet clean. the largest carpet has 2 stains that Superior was able to get out. The stains had been there for 5+ years, that another specialty carpet cleaner was not able to remove. It was a little pricey, but they did an excellent job.
