My remediation was challenging because I live a couple states away from the house I own. I had received a quote from another company saying that my whole bathroom needed to be torn out. When AM/PM inspected, they suspected that the damage was not that widespread. Sure enough, when they did the demo, the mold had not spread widely into the walls. I appreciated their honesty, even though it meant a smaller job. Maya came to the house to assess the damage, then remained my point of contact throughout the job. She was kind, knowledgable and professional. She even recommended a 3rd party testing company to come and certify their work. AND all of this happened over the Christmas holiday. I was very happy with the service overall. My bathroom looks great and I have a certificate of remediation for my tenants. Thankful for this team.

David, Veronica and Maria we're pleasant to work with, Upfront and direct with all Communication. They also recommended a Clearance Testing Facility which was great, they made the Clearance appointment for me and the company called to schedule. David and his team where very profession, I've dealt with quite a few contractors and project managers and they did a fantastic job. David gave me his word that it will pass, and it did due to his expertise, knowledge and his Team. I thought his pricing was extremely fair as I have dealt with this problem in another area in the household due to lack of engineering integrity, I would definitely recommend AM:PM Restorations & Construction Inc. to friends and family. David and his team at AM:PM were fantastic and can’t recommend them enough. We had a washer hook up flood while we were away. They came out right away, tore out the drywall and tore up the hard wood floors. We have an older roof and was getting some estimates to replace the roof when it was suggested we have a mold test done in our attic area. AM:PM was recommended by a remodeling company and I was impressed with their reviews on line. The other factor that made them the choice for us was that we had extensive rodent droppings and insulation issues to boot. AM:PM was able to do it all! And at competitive pricing. They were very professional throughout the process. Dor, a representative for AM:PM is very communicative and courteous which is a lost art these days. They made this unpleasant process as pleasant as humanly possible.
