A tradesman working under my house inadvertently pulled off the wire to my front door alarm. I called Larry Walker who told me how to by-pass that zone until his serviceman could come out the next morning. The zone was restored in a matter of minutes and the entire system was checked out.

I needed to replace the battery in my alarm system. Got a call back helping me with purchase (Radio Shack) and to install it myself. Saved lots of money, time, and trouble as stated by Larry. It works........Thank you....Great ....

They did a fine job. They were very patient because we had lots of questions and we wanted references. There were a number of requests that I made before we sort of signed on with them. They were really very patient with that. They were great about coming out and explaining what they would do. They did what they said they would do. We don't have any experience with the monitoring part. We got a couple of estimates and they were a little pricey but we got the cell service part of it so that made it a little pricier. We would use them again.

I shopped around to virtually every alarm company before selecting The Alarm Company. I have been absolutely delighted with their price, service, and quality. Their whole team is terrific. I feel like Larry (the owner) is my trusted friend. I was nearly fooled by the ads from the "National Brand Name" alarm companies. It turns out that they use proprietary hardware that is useless with anyone but them, so if they increase their fees you are screwed. Larry was very honest and doesn't do this. They were on time, finished on schedule, and were very expert in their approach. I have recommended them to many friends and neighbors without hesitation.

I called because we had a break in and had an antiquated alarm system that didn't really fit our needs. They were recommended to us and they came the following day and spent the entire day removing the old system and installed everything necessary to make us secure. We chose a monthly monitoring program which was very inexpensive. We feel safe knowing we have their service watching over us all the time. I found the company to be very customer oriented and they did a good job with the installation.

The work was neater than other installations I have seen. (Wires were hidden better.) The main problem was that they don't have a real sales staff, so the customer has to have a good idea of what he wants. The price I ended up paying was strictly parts and labor, so there were no price negotiation games.
