Went very well. Darrece was efficient and professional. Wore COVID19 protective gear and cleaned up after himself. Always asks if there are any other issues to discuss.

As always, without a hitch or the tech (Dorian) worked quickly. Cleanly and proficiently.

Early for appointment and completed maintenance as agreed. The technician suggested a service call to check on possible Freon leak as unit wasn't as cold as he would expect.

Called on time; showed / indicated places completed are parts of work, completed this, check everything, signed work order / completed paper work. Dorian was professional. Very polite. 2nd check of temp in rooms before leaving- drop of 4 degrees.

The technician introduced himself, Informed what was to be done. The techician wae on time.

It was a system that was not widely serviced. Supreme Air was referred to me by the company that rep. the brand, they were very good.  They scheduled me in quickly, was here on time & did all the maintenance work efficiently.

Everything went fine.

I hold a home warranty from Fidelity National, so contacted them when my central air was not functioning properly. The problem was that the condenser unit outside was not operating, so the air being circulated through the home was hot. Fidelity dispatched the work order to Supreme Air, who sent a technician to my home on 4/26. The technician's diagnosis was that the condenser unit needed to be replaced, for which Supreme contacted Fidelity for authorization. He also stated I needed to pay $240 for a cleaning service which Fidelity would not cover. This made me suspicious, but I resolved to take the matter up with Fidelity.
Things fell apart over the next week - Supreme never followed up and no action was taking place. I contacted Fidelity and learned that they had authorized the condenser replacement that same day (4/26), but when I called Supreme to ask when they would finish the work, I was told I needed to speak to their salesguy. This made me more suspicious, but I asked them to please have him contact me ASAP. Having heard nothing 48 hours later I again called Fidelity and asked that the work order be dispatched to another servide provider. Fidelity called Supreme, who claimed they had called me repeatedly. My iPhone was at my side all day - this was clearly a lie.
BUT, it gets worse. Fidelity agreed to send the WO to another company, and when Apex Air cme out and examined the situation, they were amazed by what Supreme had said. My condenser unit is fine - there was one loose fitting which caused it to lose refrigerant. Fitting tightened, refrigerant re-charged and AC is now working like a champ.  No charge to me at all from Apex.
I cannot help but feel that Supreme was not only unresponsive and unprofessional, but I genuinely believe they were trying to rip off Fidelity and me. I urge all AL members to use extreme caution with this service provider and always get a second opinon.

They are very good. I would recommend them to others.

Arrived on time. Finished ahead of schedule. Tenant was pleased with them finishing early, so they were not working when the business was open. I would recomend Supreme Air Systems. Let them quote you for HVAC service.
