I feel the price was a little high, but I know the quality is good. They had to reschedule because the driver had a flat tire and could not make it on that date. I had to pursue them to find out where the installer was because no one called to let me know what was going on. There was a lack of communication with this issue. The installer that was sent for the rescheduled appointment did a good job and was prompt. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

The representative came out on time and after taking measurements, gave us an accurate quote. If our front door was a standard size, he could have installed it that day, however, our door is over-sized and took about 2 weeks to order. I thought the first door installed looked fine, but the installer was not happy with how it worked, so he came back a week later with a replacement. We really like the door and get many compliments on it.

They had great employees to work with, and they were very knowledgeable. They were excellent. I have referred them to my family and friends. I did a lot of shopping around, and found them to be the cheapest around. I am very happy with the work that they did, and their service.
