I had a great experience. I hired them to do some mold abatement. Quick back story, hired Empire Today to do my flooring, Empire nic'd my refrigerator line when they pushed back my refrigerator. Didn't discover it for a while and found mold. Stressful to find that I had a major leak. Hired Professional House Repair Restoration to do the mold abatement. Dennis was overall awesome. Quick, knowledgeable, and professional. Easy to talk with, had a lot of great recommendation. Recommended a few things like replace garbage disposal, turns out my old garbage disposal was falling apart that I wasn't aware of. Along with a few other recommendations that I followed through on with the advice from Dennis. I spoke with Kamil and arranged for mold remediation of a kitchen wall and crawl space that had long term water damaged in San Jose. Kamil was exceptionally easy to work with, Dennis performed the work to my satisfaction, and I was happy with the overall interaction from start to finish. Finding you have mold is not fun or cheap to remove but PHRR was professional courteous and fair. Their work was great and I will and would recommend to anyone who needs remediation services. This is a family owned buisness that will make sure the job is done right from start to finish.

PHRR is a small company run by Kamil and Denis. I have used them for 2 projects and both have been outstanding. Denis does the work, and is extremely well trained and knowledgeable in mold remediation and construction. He did a very thorough and honest inspection and appraisal, fixed the plumbing leak, deconstructed and got rid of the mold, and reconstructed everything. All done very well, and at a very fair price. Other mold remediation companies I spoke with charge to do the inspection and mold remediation but you have to hire a plumber to first fix the water leak, and then a contractor to put everything back together. Thus 3 sources and 3 bills all adding up to much more for the same job. Plus Denis does great work and knows and delivers quality. I will always call PHRR for mold remediation work! They are fantastic to work with and do a fabulous job at a reasonable price!

One company never got back to me with a written estimate and the other company (a large painting company) didn't understand the project. I hired Kamil and Denis to remove mold from water damage to my rental property. From the first touch, they were quick to respond and communicated every step of the way. Mold can be very scary and very confusing to a homeowner. So I was impressed when I had questions, they stopped and explained in detail until I understood everything. The technician even went so far as to point out other areas of the home that needed some attention that could eventually cause damage (caulking windows, etc_. They made a bad experience (having mold) as good as possible. They were professional and went as fast as they could. We had a big job under the house and in my sons room and they did their best to get my son back in his room quickly and safely. I have already recommended them to a friend.

He showed up on time & didn't rush through the job. He cleaned up after himself. Answered all my questions & explained why I had mold. Didn't make me feel like I was a bad housekeeper for having mold.

Very disappointed in report and no response to three phone messages over 5 days to clarify report. VM says they respond in 30 minutes! Report only refers to living room area. I have questions. Totally disappointed. I also want to get permission to talk to testing company. They are on the report but can not answer any questions.
