They were wonderful. I can't say enough about them. The man was very cooperative. He was a big help. It was a nice situation. I've gone back to them since then. He didn't charge me anything. It was very good and very pleasant. It was what I wanted. I ended up buying a few things from them because I was so happy. Their prices were very reasonable for the things I purchased. It was very good quality. He had an nice shop. He also ordered some keys for me and held them for a long time until I went by to pick them up. He was very punctual. I have recommended him.

I called Orchard city lock in the morning, they were there in the afternoon, worked quickly and efficiently. They gave me the itemized quote over the phone, at the end of the work, I got a bill that matched the quote. No surprise. It took them an hour or so to re-key the house. I would work with them anytime.
