MightyMite Termite Services

MightyMite was on time and as thorough as could be. Sent out report promptly. Some places in my home were inaccessable. I have a HOA so they required me to use a different vendor. Would have selected this vendor.

I should have known...no respomse for over a week to my Angie's list message. However a friend said they were "cheap". Guess I got what a paid for. Had to fight for a refund so I can go elsewhere.

They were very prompt in our request to schedule an inspection and also highly responsive to perform work the next day. We're very satisfied with their excellent service.

The inspector found no termite evidence. He reccomended to put a chemical around the property which is guaranteed for 2 years. I will have follow up in 2 years. The guys that came out were great. They did an outstanding job. They were fast curtious and neat.

I got bids from 3 different termite companies. Mighty Mite by far knew more than the other companies, found more areas of infestation, showed me the areas as well as showed me the difference between a type of beetle infestation I had (they also eat your wood) and a termite infestation. They explained the difference and  were thorough when going over the products they  would use to eradicate them. They had 3 employees on the job. It was taking a little longer than they anticipated so they called one more exterminator out to the job. They stated and finished as scheduled. They were all very professional and clean, wore shoe booties when in the house and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again. MightyMite saved me money too. Their bid was a little higher than one of their competitors so they adjusted for that then they told me about joining Angie's List which give me discount.  Good complany.

I found Mighty Might through Angie's List and used a $100-for-$200-in-work coupon from Angie, but as you can see, that covered only a fraction of the cost. The treatment area involved is one corner of our ranch home, so maybe 100 square feet. The treatment does come with a two-year warranty that the home will be termite-free - the entire home, not just the affected areas. I believe it also comes with a free inspection midway through and perhaps one at the end of the term, which would make sense as they will want to try to get me to sign up again.
They arrived on time and the workers were courteous and trained.
What I didn't like is that they sent a fellow over to give me an estimate to make the house rat proof too. The man they sent had one thing to sell, and no matter what I said to him, he went back to selling me that. And his solution was awful for me but great for the company. The whole encounter left me wondering about the company's overall management and practices. I will hesitate to use their service again.

Everyone I dealt with with the company was very professional and courteous. The three man crew that came out was prompt, did a clean job, and very nice.

They came out and did the free inspection and the estimate was more then I was wanting to do at this time.
