There are two steps: the inspection and the treatment. Both were as promised, on time, thorough and respectful of my house with shoe covers and information provided from the persons who were here.  We had sawdust pile at a site so we knew there was something going on. Inspector explained types of treatment for the 2 types on wood boring insects.  I did not feel pressured in anyway to purchase more services than I indicated I wanted.

I would recommend them.

The workers who came to do the treatment and the inspection wore respirators and coveralls, as a nurse I feel that a company that takes care of the health of their employees is cognizant of health so I had no trouble accepting their assurances of the safety for my family.  I know that sounds contrary, why wear protective gear if things are not toxic?  Because protecting health from breathing dust from under the house, from repeated exposure to even "natural" should be managed responsibly.

They were on time and very professional.  The inspector, Kenan, explained what he found and his recommendations and answered all of my questions clearly. Because he had worked at several firms, he understood the various treatment choices and was able to explains those to me so that I could decide what was best for us.  We developed a plan and signed an agreement.   Two weeks later, Eric and Richard came on time and inspected each area as well as the attic which was now accessible and found and treated the termite infested areas.  They cleaned up everything when they were done and were very professional.  I am delighted I tried this company through Angie's List.  I'm very happy with the entire experience and felt it was a very good value for the money.  I highly recommend them.

like that they use more environmentally preferable options but work with a fumigator if needed. answered a lot of questions for us and felt as though were giving us very straight answers. people were all very good from the inspection to the service to the front office.

I used this company because they gave me the best price and they also seemed to have a good reputation. They were neat, clean, competent and quick. They did what they said they would do. There was some termite damage on some of the patio's and port beams. Fortunately they didn't seem to have broken through into anything in the house however I knew they were in a wood pile that I had along the side of my house which I'm sure was an open invitation. I had not had termite service for 20 years so it was definitely time. They did a very competent job indeed.

This company was extremely professional, prompt, thorough and cordial. I will use them again.

It went perfectly. They did good work. The guy who did the analysis was very well trained. Everything went off without a hitch, which I appreciated, since I wasn't there.

They quoted the price and told me at that time that the job will involve some complex procedure that will take team of two people to work for two full days.
The price seemed to be a bit high for total of four man days, equivalent of 32 man hours. We went ahead since we needed service fast. When the team of two showed up it turned out that they just poured the liquid (water solution of anti termite compound) around the perimeter of the foundations inside the house and outside. The whole job was done in just a bit over two hours. It was simple stuff total of about 4 to 5 man hours. They charged an outrageous amount of $2000 for that.
TOTAL RIP OFF!

I found termite droppings at the bottom of a wall in the garage.  Got quotes from 3 pest control companies and decided on MightyMite.  They were competitive in their price.  They were prompt in returning phone calls, performing site inspection, & and termite control.  Left the treated areas clean.
