Steve's the first property manager we've had who has truly exceeded our expectations! He's professional, competent, experienced and super easy to talk to. His website and video give a great introduction as to what to expect when working with him. He offers several management plans to choose from, which was a first for us. He really knows the real estate market and presents owners with reliable and timely information, which we found refreshing! Steve and his partner Lenny worked hard and found a fantastic tenant for us! While most other managers slack off after the tenant's placed, not Steve! He provides you with timely statements and stays on top of any issues. We're always able to reach him. If he's busy, he responds back with a text or email and communicates when he'll get back to you.
