When I arrived, there were two cars ahead of me. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, they "discovered" their credit card machine did not work. Fortunately I had enough cash to cover the services but the two customers ahead of me did not. I had to wait an extra half an hour for them to troubleshoot the credit card machine before they got around to my car.After I finally paid and left, I went to get the car washed. There I discovered one of my front tires was flat. Fortunately they had air at the car wash but when I removed the stem cap all the air rushed out of the tire! They had broken my tire stem when they added air at the Jiffy Lube and didn't even say anything to me! I was able to over-fill the tire, replace the cap, and limp to a tire repair place but it was a nerve-wracking trip. I though any moment I would hear my rims scraping the road. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube!
