Traveled to Jand M 9/9/13, met Steve Thannisch who helped me pick out an Anderson Storm door for my house, then provided
a quote for the item. I went home to verify the size of the door opening. I verified the we had the right size of door but realized I needed a door with Low-e glass. I called Steve for a re-quote with my new requirement. He said he would have to do some research and would get back to me. With in 2 hrs. I had a quote of exactly what I wanted and that it would take 2 weeks to get the door. The price is fair, it is what I need, so I placed the order. Steve said as soon as it comes in, he will contact me.

Very patient and informative. They had the best selection and prices. We went with Andersen. They don t do installations, but recommended a contractor who was outstanding. All totaled, the cost was 1/3 less than the next lowest bid, but we didn t sacrifice quality or peace of mind. The installer was Rehder Construction in Los Gatos and will ask him again when we have a larger job of remodeling the home.

My contractor recommended this company to me. They were great, helpful and knowledgeable. They actual steered me away from things that wouldn't work the way I wanted them to.

THIS COMPANY DID A FINE JOB HELPING ME TO DECIDE WHAT PRODUCT I NEEDED AND THEN PROCEEDED TO MEASURE, ORDER AND INSTALL THE WINDOWS. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAILS.
