I am rarely so impressed with the team for a house project: I am with FCI. My experience started with Joey, who immediately understood what I needed and what my budget was and what my timeline was. I placed an order. This was the third carpet/flooring company I researched and their quote was fair, honest and accurate. I was then contacted by the office and was kept incredibly informed about the project. The company worked with my schedule. I was the customer!!! I mattered to them!! The installation was completed when they said it would and in the allotted time. It was done perfectly! Kudos to this company. In fact, I liked the experience so much, they are doing another project for me. I only wish that more customer service companies were this professional.
