According to our records, we tried to contact you several times after you left a message on Angie’s List as follows: “I have a small network in my office-5 computers and a server. RIght now one of the computers is not working well. I would like someone who could be available should the network or one of the computes fail. Would you do that?” However, the technician did not receive a return call. Is it possible you talked to someone else and we have it wrong? We would never “hang up” on a customer and shocked that this happened to you, even if it was another business. We don’t have any records of work performed for you or a free diagnostic. Any assistance you can give me to look into this matter further would be greatly appreciated.
