We don't have any complaints. We don't have any insects. He leaves a bill on the front door after he visits, and then we pay it. They have been really good.

We switched to Hydrex over the summer after they handled our termite problem.

We own a large dog that must be left in the house on the day of service.

Our last pest control company would fail to give us the 24 hour notice we requested.  Hydrex always calls and gives us a 2 hour window, which so far they have been able to stick to.  This means the dog is inside for only a few hours and we can get home at lunch to put her back outside.

Their office is not far from my home.  I’m very pleased with their work.  I don’t remember how much they charged me for their services but it was very reasonable.

He's pleasant, efficient and willing to do what I ask.

We use them every quarter. They are always on time. They got rid of the pests. I have an annual contract with them. They mostly provide services for ants, slugs, and snails. I will continue to use them in the future.

They seem to do a good job. They call and ask me before they arrive. They call a week ahead of time to set up an appointment. I don't like them just popping up. Usually when the guy comes to the door, he usually asks if there's anything going on.

I have been using them for a long time.  They are very polite.  They come out any time I call them.  They are very good about that.  I think they are a little bit expensive, but they do a pretty good job.  I would use them again in the future.

I have a contract with them and they come every month. I call them periodically if I have wasp nests.  I have an annual contract with them fro pest maintenance.  They are very responsive.  There are different guys and over the years I have gotten to know them.  When they come they would always knock on the door first and let me know they are around but if I am not here they would go around and do their thing because they need to connect to a faucet outside.  If I have any questions they are very knowledgeable because when I had this problem with the wasp nests they were extremely knowledgeable and they were knowledgeable about ants as well. They don’t just come in spray and go, they know their stuff. I had another company and I switched to Hydrex and their price was fine. They don’t come out at a specific time, they just turn up.

They come quarterly.  It's $70 per quarter.  I had a flea treatment one time and the fleas were taken care of.  They took care of our ants, too. 

They quality of their work was backed by a guarentee. They were responsive to follow through on the job.

     The inspector did a thorough inspection of the exterior of the house, all wood trim, as well as the garage and attic.  He spent several hours in all for this free inspection.  He told us that we had one isolated infestation which required treatment.  He then gave us treatment options, from full house tenting, to spraying exposed wood and foaming exterior walls, to just locally treating the area where termites were found.  He also gave us written price estimates for all of the options.  He did not try to persuade us to select one option over another, but gave us the facts and let us choose.  I also asked him if his company could repair the wood with termite damage, as well as several fascia and joist boards with dry rot.  He gave us a separate estimate for the wood repair.

We originally had called Hydrex at the Van Nuys location, who offer a Senior 10% discount here on Angie's List, but they did not cover our service area in Ventura county.  The Camarillo office was willing to honor the Senior discount for us on the treatment charge, which we greatly appreciated.

     We received a complete written estimate of our selected treatment option and wood repair in the mail shortly afterwards.  We scheduled the treatment for the following week.  The worker scheduled to do the treatment and wood repair was ill on the day before and the day of scheduled treatment (Friday).  The company called the afternoon before and asked us if we could reschedule, which we did for Saturday.  He arrived promptly Saturday morning and spent the entire day treating the attic, garage, and foaming all of the exterior walls.  He patched the (small) spray holes and also offered to spray the perimeter of the house, and under the sink at no additional charge (since we had mentioned that we occasionally have ants).  He also began the wood repair late in the afternoon, but did not have enough time to finish that same day.

He asked if we would like him to come on Sunday (Superbowl Sunday) to do the wood repair, or the following Monday.  We chose Sunday, which he agreed to.  He spent most of the day repairing and replacing the wood, then did a very thorough job of cleaning up and removing all of the trash and wood debris, instead of filling out trash cans.

Hydrex of Camarillo did a very thorough and professional job.  I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to anyone else.

I was impressed with their honesty and professionalism. Although I was prepared to have him come out and spend $100.00 or more to cure my problem, he gave me a low cost alternative over the phone. It worked and I was impressed. Would not hesitate to call on them again.

Inspector was good, and personable. He did have to cancel the first appointment at the last minute though, as he got sick.

I have a year contract with them. I went to open up the window in my bedroom and it was filled with ants. The experience with O'Connor Pest Control turned out nice. I told them that I had animals and I didn't want them to be poisoned. He informed me that they use a pet friendly spray inside, and to keep the dogs away from the outside for a while. I thought that was good. You can't really put a price on getting rid of the ants, but I thought their price was reasonable. They have a tendency to switch technicians on you, but they usually know what they are doing with your house.

They could not remove the bed bugs.

They did a thorough job. I liked that they even went underneath my house and did not charge me any extra for that service. Everything they did was very effective and so I am very pleased with their service.

THEY ARE ON TIME AND HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF ANY PROBLEM WE HAVE WHEN IT COMES TO PESTS.
