"Client said there was some sort of smudge on the little bathroom window, which NES immidiately sent someone over to take care of, same day. When we got there, client said they wiped it off and there was no need for us to do it any longer. The job was left perfectly clean. We apologized for the smudge and offered the client a free dinner. Cleanliness is crucial during construction and is something we pride ourselves on :)"
