"Hi Erica, Thank you for your feedback. After investigating your file we discovered that your roof project started on October 10th 2019 and the final inspection was first called to October 17th 2019 which means that your roof was done in 4 to 5 business days. Your old roof had 3 layers of roof shingles and the bricks on the chimney were installed after the old last Shingle layer was applied on the roof and were glued on the chimney and the shingles. Obviously when we removed all of the layers from your old roof there was a little damage that is out of our hands. Your new roof was completely done even though 13 bricks fell off the chimney. It"
