The vendor did a great job, from showing us multiple purchase options, and helping us to decide on the best option for us - to the measuring and installation. The price was very reasonable as well.

They were pretty good and really professional. There were a few minor things. They promised that the job was gonna be done in 3 days and it was a whole week. But the workers did an excellent job. We were satisfied with the price. It was a good company. We brought the problem that we had with the owners and one of the owners came to the house which was very nice. He resolved the issue and he apologized so it was oaky. We were satisfied with the windows. We chose them because a neighbor told us that they were really good.

The contractors were slow to schedule my work, but in fairness there was a trip involved on our part and we might have mis understood the time frame. When they came to work they were friendly, punctual, and ready with the windows on the truck. They explained the process and worked consistently until the job was finished. Our contact was Dan Bohan, who is a pro. He takes his job seriously and follows up! The stucco repair to the sides of the house and around the doors was not acceptable. There were NO excuses. We were promised a finish we could be proud of. That is what we got! It took several weeks of patiently trying a couple of options. Throughout the process, Dan was with us all the way and called many times to see what we thought about the process. I cheerfully recommend this company. They got the name right... They are PROS

Bay Area Window Pros was very thorough in their initial visit and estimate, in showing us their windows at their showroom, and in returning to our house for final measurements. The installation crew did a top notch job. The windows look great and the installation was spotless.
We were so impressed that we're having them return to provide an estimate for the remaining windows.

We live in an HOA with strict window replacement requirements. We decided to ask if we could change the color from a bronze color to a more updated color like tan that would match the aesthetics of the units better. Bill came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate to replace all our windows plus our patio door. He showed us the actual material that would be used in the sandstone color so we were able to see how it looked next to our existing paint colors.
We gave a proposal to our HOA detailing all the information about the new windows including the new color and the cheaper cost of using the "standard sandstone" colored material. Needless to say BAWP is now the only vendor that can be used in our complex for window replacement.
The install went very well and was completed in the 2 to 3 day time frame we were told. The installers were very nice and worked very hard to get everything just perfect. They had to come back and finish putting our trim back up but were very thorough in finishing the job right. What a huge difference the new windows make in noise reduction and draftiness!
We did have a leak after the last heavy rains in the garden window that was installed. I called Bill and he had the window manufacturer send someone out right away to take care of the problem.

My experience with them was really good. I would rate them an A- overall. They were prompt, quick and professional in doing the work. They also cleaned up after. They did the job rapidly because they didn't mess around and they knew what they were doing. Their pricing was reasonable. I was very impressed.
