The move was swift and smooth despite some hurdles of moving from one condo to another. Carlos and his men did a great job moving our stuff. They were friendly and professional and didn’t waste any time. They worked around the hurdles and got the move done in record time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their moving services.

In short, this is the best money we've ever spent. We hired Bay Area Best Relocation Services for a full packing and moving job right at the new year. Carlos and his team were incredible: friendly, efficient, timely, and everything we could have hoped for. From the very beginning we were impressed by the genuine and honest estimate that we got (we did a walk thru before the first day of packing, and Carlos was honest and said we'd likely need to do two full days since we had a bigger place and a lot of stuff like collectibles, kitchen appliances, etc.) They were scheduled to come between 8:30 and 9:30, so from previous experience we expected them to be at the later end of that. On the contrary, they texted about 15 minutes before they arrived at 8:30 sharp, and promptly got to work. The two additional workers (Alonzo and Ernesto) introduced themselves and all three were super friendly and positive, and put us at ease (we were both super stressed and tired). Everything was packed and wrapped professionally and safely; they moved our house full of stuff over two days to our new place and even put "categories" of boxes in the new garage for us to make it way easier to unpack room by room. No broken glasses, no scratched walls or furniture, and each box they packed was labeled with the room and contents. (The fact that they provided their own boxes, tape, and packing materials was a HUGE help as well...we thought we'd bought enough boxes ourselves but we were way off.) I cannot recommend this service, or these people, enough: my partner and I were floored by the quality of service, the kind demeanor, and the speed and efficiency that Carlos, Alonzo, and Ernesto put into their work. I hope we don't have to move again for a long time, but when we do we are 100% calling them again. Huge thanks!

Carlos is truly a God-send. He was early and extremely pleasant and made me feel safe and confident in his ability to make this move happen. He single handedly moved all items out of storage with a smile. He not once complained nor looked bothered. He asked where I wanted items to be located and even made really great suggestions. Carlos and the team worked magic with our move. They made impossibly tight and challenging corners work with 2 individual 1 bedroom apartments and got all the furniture into a 3 bedroom apartment. They took special care to wrap and protect everything and carefully handled it the whole way, I would highly recommend them

Carlos did a phenomenal job! I contacted him with only two days notice of my upcoming move. Within minutes of my reaching out, he had already responded asking for more details. Carlos came on time and even wrapped my furniture at no extra cost. They move FAST and were still careful with my belongings! After things were moved to the unit, they rearranged furniture to where I wanted it so I wouldn’t have to worry about it later and could focus on unpacking.
